Brought a dryer from here it has never been right since I brought it. I rang and asked for them to come out they never came it stopped working today. Upon checking why it stopped, the plug/socket was all burnt out. Don't use this place

My washing machine stopped working just before New Year. I rang Spectrum as I'd had them out before when it was Fenton Domestics. They came out the same morning. £35 call out fee. The power pack had gone. It was a Hotpoint washer. I'd had it for 15 years so it had lasted well. Made in Great Britain (on the front). So I wanted a similar model by Hotpoint. I rang Spectrum and they said they had them in. They sent a photo of a similar machine to my old one. Made in the UK. I went to the Spectrum shop that afternoon and had a look. The staff were very helpful and I decided to have the Hotpoint model. They said they could deliver and fit it that afternoon. Only £25 to fit it and take the old one away So they came soon after I arrived home. The two men fitted it very quickly (just waiting while I cleaned the floor). I'm really happy with my new washing machine! The service was excellent and I can definitely recommend Spectrum.

Freezer packed up. Came across a mobile number repairs.
Called
Person on the phone was responsive.
As freezer was irreparable a new fridge freezer was needed.
Off to the shop, replacement chosen, delived, old one taken away.
All in the matter of 4 hours.

Took my carpet washer to have a belt fitted had it over aweek and said it has no belt or if fixed it would leak completely disappointed recommend not to go there

Washer drain pump failed, these guys had the exact one in stock, swapped, all working. Decent blokes that got back to me right away and put it aside for me.
