The BEST spiritual shop I’ve been in! The variety in here is amazing, lots of spell casted candles which I haven’t found anywhere else and lots of other lovely things, they offer readings here too which is fantastic and the woman working at the till was lovely. Definitely will be back! Thank you x

PROTECT YOUR ENERGY!!!!

I recently visited this shop with the intention of making a purchase, but my experience was marred by poor customer service. As I was browsing the shelves, I realized I had forgotten my card at home and needed to make a quick phone call to retrieve my card details.

Instead of offering assistance or guidance, I was met with a dismissive and rude response from the staff. The lady who said to of been the owner told me to leave the shop to have my conversation, which not only contradicts the entire concept of a spiritual wellbeing shop (where one would expect a safe and welcoming environment for contemplation and self-care) but also showed a complete lack of empathy or understanding for my situation.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, even when making a minor inconvenience. It's unacceptable to be asked to leave the shop simply because I was having a phone call. Moreover, the staff member's tone was condescending and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

She did apologise and tried to rectify the act but in that moment I was shocked and felt extremely disrespected so the apology was not felt warming at that moment.

I would like to request that the shop takes steps to improve their customer service and understands that sometimes, unexpected situations arise that require assistance. I hope that in the future, they will provide more support and understanding to their customers, rather than simply telling them to leave.

Recommendations:

Train staff to be more empathetic and understanding when dealing with customers.

Review and revise their policies to prioritise customer satisfaction and respect.

Update: If the shop responds to this review and takes steps to address my concerns, I would be willing to reconsider my rating and provide an updated review.

Being overcharged on your first visit to this branch is something you wouldn't expect from such a space.

I went back today to confirm the prices of the items I bought yesterday. Though I don't want my money back, I just had to confirm the interaction and leave a review in hopes they properly price their goods for future (not me) customers or have a trustworthy staff member work the tills.

Went there today to buy a few things but the moment we walked in we were "greated" by the women that works there asking about masks. She said its mandatory to wear a mask and we told her we are exempt. She rudely said we have 15min, ran by us and opened the door. If I could give 0 starts for her lack of customer service i would. Walked straight out of the shop without spending a pound. You lost 2 customers with your behaviour. Very negative energy, especially for a shop that is meant to raise positive vibrations.

I have been here once, a couple of years ago, and I love the dowsing pendants. I intend to return at some point next week for candles, meaningful soaps and other talismans interest me.
They have a great selection of different products for spell casting and general luck, etc! Also, see the lady who gives readings, she is very good and I will definitely ask her to read for me again.

I have bought a few pieces of raw crystals, candles, incense sage and crystal jewellery from here. The stock range is good and the owner is willing to source crystals or stones you may require. Great customer service from the owner. Well recommended.
