Been with Squeaky for several years. Only ever received excellent attention and care on a totally different level to that experienced at larger suppliers. We are proud to advertise to our customers that out energy is 100% Clean & renewable. Our staff also appreciate the fact our company cares. We can only recommend Squeaky.

This is horrendous and everyone needs to read this. I have never come across anything quite like this company. I recently received a bill for £346.38 from 12 months ago, as this company had 'forgotten' to bill us so they say. Prior to that, and on a separate matter, I received a letter to say that all of their customers would have to make up a shortfall due to other energy businesses going out of business. Would you believe that. This is the exact contents of the letter sent to their customers:

"The Renewables Obligation (RO) is a key support mechanism for large scale renewable projects. Its costs are included in your electricity bill as one of the regulated industry charges.
The RO Mutualisation process requires electricity suppliers to make up for any shortfall in the RO fund, for instance when supplier(s) default and do not pay their appropriate market share. This means that Squeaky must pay our part of the shortfall for the default of other suppliers.
During 2018-19, 11 other electricity suppliers exited the market - with the likes of Extra Energy, Spark Energy and Economy Energy going out of business - and this means that RO Mutualisation has been triggered.
There is still some uncertainty on the total amount of the fund, and the timing of these payments, but we are writing to let you know that unfortunately, we will have to pass these costs on to you as part of our standard contract terms and conditions.
Once we know the total amount we are being charged, we will write to you again to explain the cost to you and the most efficient way of making these payments."

If that doesn't frighten you then nothing will. I would think very carefully before signing up with this company.
