Can’t intelligently transfer calls. Also don’t pick up phones. I’m pretty sure I heard them all laughing loudly during a brief break between being on hold and being back on hold.

While they were not poorly mannered and pretty nice they need to be able to actually assist with queries.

This depot thinks it is okay to wake local residents at 10pm. They think they are better than us and they can do as they please when they please. Please ensure you complain about these people if you are dissatisfied with rather. Thank you
