Unfortunately my experience with ST6 was very negative.

First, it was over two hours late with no warning. I had to reach out to get an update twice—I was told he’d be there “shortly” and it was over an hour but he actually showed. When the person arrived, no explanation or apology of any kind.

Second, I was under the impression based on what I booked online, it would be $200. I got the bill at $130 over that without any preemptive asking or approval requested. He listed a litany of add ons like “dog hair removal.” Which is ironic, because as you can see in the photos, they didn’t do a great job of fully removing it.

There were obvious areas completely neglected. Crumbs and hair sitting between seats and spots in the cup holder. Water spots on the sun roof. I’ve paid much less for much better details. It was clear they were rushing the job.

I had to go in and finish their work. I gave the company an opportunity to respond to my negative feedback privately before posting this and I was ignored. So here you go.

I’d look elsewhere for a real quality detail.

I reached out to Dana Starr on Tuesday about paint correction and exterior detailing for some damage caused by a big wind storm, and he was able to fit me in on Thursday morning, so a very quick turnaround. I’m very satisfied with the paint correction, wash, and wax they did. They were also very efficient and were able to finish the whole car in just a little over an hour. They also gave me recommendations for detailing spray to keep the car nice and shiny for any future car meets I attend. Overall I’m very pleased with the job they did and would absolutely recommend them.

Every penny was worth the result and the guys were super friendly. If you are looking for a place around Golden, they will do the job for you 200%
It is also a good factor that they will come to your place with all the water and electricity in their van.

I don’t know about you, but I’m busy and dropping my car off at a shop and having to pick it up again later is inconvenient. These guys came to me and did a Great Job! They communicated well as we had reschedule to work around some weather challenges. The term “Detail” means different things to different people. To me it is a a thorough cleaning inside and out, paying attention to all the little cracks and crevices, not just vacuuming but shampooing brushing deep cleaning carpet and upholstery, not just washing the car but cleaning the paint and, if needed, restoring it and waxing it. Etc etc. and of course one would need to expect to pay for all this work. Well, these guys exceeded my expectations for the scope of work and price we had discussed. Great job! Will hire them again.

These guys are really cool down to earth people not to mention the quality workmanship and customer service. Had my car ceramic coated a couple weeks ago they did an amazing job. Today I got a quality hand wash and every looks amazing. If you want quality work from people who know what they are doing, great customer service/ informative car care info definitely give them a call.

Dana's work is very detailed and thorough! Our 2011 looks like it's fresh off the showroom floor. He took the time to explain his process and gave me tips for applying touch-up paint to dings and scratches. The car looks beautiful, I'll be back again for sure!
