0/5 would be better for the actual service. They either are verrry late or never turn up at all. For people who rely on this service to get to work, it's an utter joke!!
The bus turns up you have to phone a taxi to get into work and they refuse to refund you, even though it's because of their rubbish busses and service that you are out of pocket in the first place.
When you do eventually get into the bus office which knly opens 2pm-5pm which is also a disgrace, they talk to you as if you're stupid and that you are in the wrong. They obviously have reduced hours if opening as they do not not know how to deal with the public.
The only good thing I'd say are most of the drivers are lovely, but are over worked and get a lot of the flack as they are the everyday face people see to complain to. It isost of them I genuinely feel sorry for!

If I could put no stars I would. Awful service and never on time. I'm going to be late for work now because of stagecoaches down right tardiness. 15/10/16 whoever is driving the 14:50 bus from John o goats to Thurso needs a disaplinarary. Standing out in the rain at 14:45 and I see the bus down at Brough!!! WHY ARE YOU USELESS!!!Brough 27/02/17 14:44 bus to Thurso. NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO SHOW UP. It is now 15:16 and still no sign. No one is picking up any of the phones. Utterly. Utterly. Useless. 5/6/17 13:12 bus to Thurso. NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO SHOW UP. Again. Shocker. It is now 13:30 and still no sign. I was standing at the bus stop at 13:06 waiting. It's almost like you want to be utter scum. Is it too much that your drivers just do their jobs? No?

Die Fahrer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als Tourist lassen sich viele Ziele mit dem Bus erreichen, die meist alle ein bis zwei Stunden fahren. Die Haltestellen sind meist schlecht ausgestattet. Ich empfehle die Online Fahrplanauskunft, um Informationen zu erhalten. Einige Busse waren halbwegs modern, teilweise fahren auch völlig ungeeignete Reisebusse. Eine Verspätung von fünf bis zehn Minuten scheint üblich.
