The app told me Starlinks Global was delivering my package (very important, for my holiday party next week) and so I was waiting at home anticipating a call from the driver to buzz them in (I live in a townhouse so I know there would be a call) but nothing came. The next day the package was marked as delivered but I was home and waiting all day and never received any sort of notification. Based on the poor ratings it seems this carrier has a history of “lost” (aka stolen) packages. I don’t want to accuse the drivers if they’re truly innocent, but does this happen?

I had pretty good experience with contacting the customer service team.

They followed my parcel status well when i sent the email to them and got quick response to follow up.

My parcel delivered nicely and carefully with the local courier in Australia.

Surprisingly they can do such a great service even from England.

Most unreasonable alleged delivery times, says that my passage was failed to deliver because I wasn't at the door at 5am, or picked up the phone at 7pm that my phone registered as a spam caller. Trying my best to tell the courier to just leave the package at the door, but nothing has changed.

I'm assuming the package will just be lost forever, and I'm cursed to continue reading plain text emails which look like scams, about how it's my fault and to call them on a number which I cannot even connect to being in Australia.

Terrible service, never received a delivered email. Only email I got was the tracking information which only told me it had been given to carrier, when my package finally got delivered after a month it was left outside right next to my bin where anyone could of taken it, box was damaged on the inside luckily it was nothing breakable, but something that should had been handled with better care!

Horrible. My package hasn’t not been delivered via SpeedX. No customer service for either Starlink Global or SpeedX. Very frustrating and will be cancelling my order with ASOS.

All my experiences with SG have been frustrating and disappointing. I have never received a single package shipped through them, even after contacting the drivers and sending my exact location. The OTP they send is also a joke because the drivers appear to have access to them and will cheat the system to show the package was delivered when it was not.

I ordered an item online to be delivered to Canada but due to the Canada Post strike there were significant delays. I was unsure of the status of my package after a months time and whether or not it had even arrived in Canada (from the UK) so I reached out to customer service to inquire.
From there, I was sent regular updates from the customer service team via email on the whereabouts of my package throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the constant communication and their willingness to look into this matter when they easily could have brushed it off and told me to simply wait and monitor the tracking number.
