First time I have been to this garage and I can’t thank Gareth and the team enough for their patience and commitment to locating a fault on my car recently and resolving the problem. Everyone I met and spoke to were so helpful and friendly and made what was to me a stressful time much easier. I was kept in the loop at all times. Price was very fair and excellent service. Thankyou to you all, I really do appreciate all you did.

Went in here to assist an elderly lady friend with her service who needed a bit of support, we were met with Mr Rees working the desk, think he was the manager, he solved our problems promptly and clearly with a really patient and compassionate manner towards my friend, was a breath of fresh air to see there’s still some genuine considerate professionals especially in the motor trade who know and understand what you or he is talking about , certainly answered all our queries, and beyond.., thank you Haxby and Mr Rees:)

Travelling up to a wedding in Skipton, Easter weekend we had a problem with our brakes. We got the car to the garage Easter Sunday, by 8am Tuesday we had a diagnosis of the problem and when it could be fixed . By Wednesday the car was fixed and a full check had been done on the rest of the car. Great service and price. And kept us in the loop the whole time.

Flawless customer service! I had an accident where the damage needed assessing for the insurer and I opted to use F R Pulleyn instead of the insurance-chosen garage. This proved to be an excellent decision as the help and guidance that I got from the team was invaluable when challenging my insurer's payout for the total loss of the vehicle. Without their help, I wouldn't have got a fair price for my car and I am so grateful for their assistance.
Their bodywork is also exceptional. I purchased a used Hyundai which needed some damage repair before collection and it came back looking fabulous. I was so impressed that I recommended that my partner have his Citroën's bodywork repaired with them and it looks as good as new.
I can't recommend them highly enough. Superb service!
