Amazing in every aspect. It was really good to be able to talk to a member of staff for an initial enquiry. Phone answered straightaway. Ordering online is easy. I made a mistake with the order and received a phone call to ask if it was correct. It wasn’t! Member of staff was really helpful. Soon sorted. Order received the next day. Why can’t all companies be as good as this?

Excellent assistance from Stephen P Wales. Dean helped me re-program a TIM30 over the phone. With his his help he made a tricky job straightforward.
As always their products are well made and durable. This was the first issue with any of their products in over 10 years. It's worth paying a little extra to access a UK based company knowing there's reliable back up when needed.
