Absolutely great place to stay for a short break. The car park is at the front with clearly marked out bays and feel safe. The hotel staff were excellent, extremely helpful polite friendly and professional. Our room was clean modern and spacious with a decent sized Smart TV. Certainly enough beverages a fridge and a good quality coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was excellent I had the Smoked Salmon and my partner had a smaller sized English breakfast. Excellent coffee served in a cafetiere. The dining area is a good size with tables not too close to each other. I can highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again.

Well, the location is exceptional. Nice 10 to 15 mins walk into the centre.|Faulkner street is a minute away with bars and places to eat is good if you dont want to walk.|Loved our night in a beautifully bedroom which was immaculate. |Breakfast was perfect as was the general manager and owner.|Credit where credit is due. We hired the full hotel and it was fantastic! Amy and the team were excellent at looking after us all! So welcoming and the hotel was immaculate. Good location for Chester Center and the zoo. But lots locally round the corner! Breakfast was brilliant! Will definitely return!!

Our second time staying here and yet again amazing! Stayed for my 50th Birthday weekend and they went above and beyond. Rooms very clean, breakfast amazing. It's like home from home. Staff are wonderful. Beautiful Amy is a credit to your hotel, nothing too much trouble. Lovely lady. James was the entertainment with his magic tricks 🃏😂. We will not stay anywhere else now and will be back again. Thank you again for a lovely stay. Hope to see you soon!

A wonderful place to stay and definitely deserve a 5* review.|We received a really warm welcome when we arrived. The room was lovely and clean and really spacious. The bed was comfy and we had a great night's sleep.|The breakfast menu is vast and the food was perfectly cooked.|The manager was lovely, he was helpful and friendly.|We will definitely stay again.

We booked at last minute, Room a good size ,good powerful shower,fridge in your room with fresh milk & water . Plenty of choice on breakfast menu which was tasty. Walking distance into Chester |We found our room on the cold side first thing in morning & late afternoon

Last minute break - what a find. Been to Chester a few times and this hotel is definitely one to go back to. Quiet location, lovely rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Best greeting we have ever had on arrival and great shower, comfortable bed and lovely room.
Faulkner Street within 5 minutes walk has plenty of places to eat and everything you need. 15-20 mins walk to centre which was fine - no need to use the car. A winner all round for us. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel in a great location, rooms were furnished to a high spec and were spotless, great breakfast and all staff were pleasant and knew what they were doing. We will definitely be staying again the next time we come to Chester, well recommended.
