The work carried out by SES has been brilliant, a really tidy neat job, we had been looking at SES for years prior and when the time came to install our Solar system we received quotes from multiple companies but the quality of product and quote set SES apart for what they were offering. The work involved in running several quotes adjusted to the many questions I had and then the follow up as we waited for the PW3 to come available was top notch.

From start to finish. The communication, organisation and information/advice from the office/clerical team was excellent.

The installation team were exemplary, they turned up at the time stated, they were polite, tidy and respectful of the property. They were all great ambassadors for the company.

The wiring is neat, tidy and largely invisible, the panels are perfectly symmetrical and everything is level. The whole installation looks better than I could have wished for.

The customer service was excellent, Georgia answered all my questions regarding the SunPower PV panels and advised on choice of inverters, following up with an invitation to look round their showroom to see the products and consider the specifications of each product and their efficiency.

On the day of installation, the fitters were punctual and arrived at 08:00am and were also very knowledgeable. The work was completed in a day, there was no mess and the system worked first time.

Chloe who provided follow up support by emailing warranty certificate insurance cover and invoices was also very efficient in her diligence to all my requests. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service ?. Solar Inverter went kaput and needed to be replaced. Its, SO noticeable when you are without the system and how much your electric usage costs! So, huge thanks for the timely action from the Stratford Energy team in getting a replacement and sending super M to fit it. The system is now back up and running smoothly. Love watching the monitoring app showing the solar generation and seeing my usage covered. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone to get a Solar and /or battery storage system, especially from Stratford Energy Solutions, the after sales, sales and system installed is top dollar!

Jason and the team from Stratford Energy Solutions have been brilliant throughout. Customer service is excellent and telephone calls dealt with in a friendly and efficient way.

The process was amazingly slick. The firm clearly know their business in detail and were incredibly helpful and efficient from quote and specification stage, through to obtaining the necessary permissions and the remarkably quick installation; taking no more than 5-6 weeks from initial contact to completion.

Contractors on site were knowledgeable and competent and installation completed to a high standard, with effective handover at the end.

A first class company whom I would have no hesitation in recommending.

4 years after the original solar installation, the team returned yesterday to install another Tesla battery. Standards have certainly not changed: the installation was quick and efficient, the guys certainly knew their stuff and everything was left immaculate. Thank you Stratford Energy!!

One year on we are very pleased with our Solar & Powerwall system. The whole thing sits there quietly and unobtrusively doing just what it is supposed to – During 2024 we have been 79% solar powered and have sent 1.12 Mwh to the grid. In 2023 we were 57% solar but as the install was mid-August this seems quite acceptable given that we were into the winter period quite soon after.

We have not changed our routine much – where possible I do now put the dishwasher and washing machine on during the day when the panels are generating but we have continued to use the oven as necessary in the evenings.

Obviously, our energy bills have dropped significantly! The Apps have been really useful for monitoring battery charge etc and just for being able to show off!! (I always recommend Stratford Energy as we were very impressed with the whole process) It has also helped that I have been able to demonstrate to Chris (who you may recall was less devoted to the idea of solar than me) how beneficial the system is.

Since installing the solar system, we have also been motivated to upgrade a couple of radiators and put internal wall insulation onto the wall in our back family room that is always difficult to keep warm. So, it has been a major first step in improving our green credentials and helping future proof the house!

We were their 15th customer when Stratford Energy set up. We were so pleased with the service we have not considered another firm. First with solar panels in 2011, then a Tesla Powerwall, then a car charger and last month a second Tesla Powerwall. You receive good and accurate advice with options to consider. The fitting is undertaken by knowledgeable, professional and pleasant staff; always a neat job and they clear up afterwards. Support is excellent even after fitting from the office to the owners.
