This company is used by Solarframe to do there building registration work. However on my job the building inspector( Steve) did not visit site he did it remotely by mobile phone in cahoots with the builder. When I requested a second visit the inspector came and highlighted it failed on fire regulations and needs a weight report to work out the reason the roo is making the windows bow.
Awaiting some comment from the company and apology.
Beware if you use Solarframe of this issue.

I express my deep dissatisfaction with Stroma. Errors made by the SAP department have resulted in double charges for work that was never requested. Rather than rectifying the mistake, the company is seeking to keep the entire payment, despite my having to engage another party to complete the work. Dealing with a company that operates in this manner is disheartening. If a complete refund is not issued, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.
