We have had Suba over several times over the years, and every time he does an impeccable job. He is punctual, hardworking, cheerful and polite. He regularly talks through what he is doing and highlights challenges clearly where appropriate. Suba is thorough, going out of his way to remain for longer to double check for leaks. He is also easily accessible if any follow up calls are required. His pricing is very reasonable. Suba provides relief in potentially stressful situations. The most recent work he has done for us was replacing two leaking taps, and as ever, he did an exceptional job.

Subs responded to my text for a quotation almost immediately. Very competitive price and was able to repair my toilet flush the following morning. He was polite and professional. Took the time to explain things to me carefully and even had spares on his van to do a few other little jobs whilst he was here all within the pre agreed price. A rare find. I had an issue with my parents’ boiler making strange noises, so I called an emergency plumber. He arrived and charged £300 to remove limescale!! which only took him 25 minutes. My mum paid, but as soon as he left, the noise returned, and the boiler stopped working entirely. I knew if I called him back, he’d charge us again without resolving the issue.
