Summit carried out an asbestos survey on a house we were purchasing. Knowing the house needed a lot of renovation work, we decided to go for complete removal. Mark project managed the process for us and was a very reassuring presence throughout. He went above and beyond to minimize the stress and burden on us which was brilliant as we had a new baby. The removal contractors he got in did a neat job, considering the invasive nature of the work required. Would absolutely recommend to deal with any asbestos concerns in the home.

Asbestos, not my favourite topic! Although I have to say, there are few companies I give 5 stars to and worthy of a review, especially where confidence and reassurance is needed. Mark at Environmental Summit worked exceptionally on project managing the removal of all our ceilings and his testing of all suspect materials in our home. He took the time to make sure the information he gave was correct and he even popped back when I had a query after his initial findings.

Mark is very personable and his communication is great, he explained something if I was unsure. He was contactable in the evenings when I had queries relating to the project. I would without any hesitation recommend Mark and his company, I’ve worked with many contractors nowadays, with disappointments, none here.

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires any non-domestic premises to have had a risk assessment. The assessment resulted in a very thorough and informative report.

Since then, the Summit team have ensured the office has any of the missing signs, books or awareness training to be compliant.
