Great service throughout and also brilliant ongoing support. Two years ago Oliver and the team at Sunbright Energy helped us choose a set of solar panels and battery storage then supplied and installed it. Throughout the process they were helpful & informative, quick to respond, clear and efficient. Now, two years later, I am still delighted with the system and even more so with the ongoing support. Oliver still monitors and helps to optimise the system for us, has given advice on set up and system adjustments including how to adjust to our new EV. In the two years we have generated more than 10,000 kWh of sustainable energy to reduce our bills and our footprint and have had no problems at all with our equipment. I would strongly recommend the Sunbright team to anyone considering a solar energy system

Had my solar panels installed 3 year ago, and saved myself thousands pounds.
Installation was so smooth and quick.
Customers after care is brilliant; any time after installation you can call them and get some supporting information, ( (not as other companies just looking after your money, and don't wanna know you after payment is done ) ),
They keep all customers accounts, Ihad some issues to login into my account, and Oliver kindly helped me to log back in .

Sunbright installed some battery storage to my existing system a couple of years ago in a very timely and efficient way at a reasonable cost, and since then any questions I have had have been promptly answered by Oliver in a helpful, knowledgeable and friendly manner. The only problems I have had have been with the Wi-Fi occasionally dropping out (not a fault with the system) and he is always at hand to talk me through restoring it. It is a pleasure to deal with a company like Sunbright Energy.

We had solar panels and a battery installed. We were sceptical at first as no home visit was offered. However we were assured after several phone calls. Installation was simple and on time and the guys were efficient even though it poured with rain. Oliver in the office has been able to help when required and can monitor the system remotely. We are very happy with the installation and the way it performs.

I can only say positive things about Oliver and Sunbright. It has been refreshing to work with someone so invested in his company, focused towards completing our project quickly and to a high standard. Oliver is incredibly efficient and always accessible.

Oliver & his Sunbright team have been fantastic. They installed solar panels, batteries and an inverter in our house last week. Oliver was very informative and responsive during the quote and spec process. His crew did a quality job with the installation. And, now that we have paid in full, Oliver is still there with great after-sales service. We're really impressed!
