I needed two Xpelair extractor fans urgently - the fans were on the website, but I couldn’t get the order through. I phoned up and was helped by through the process. Not only did he process the payment, he double checked that the items were in stock. He also arranged delivery, via FedEx, such that I had my order less than 24 hours later. Fantastic service!

Was desperate for some spacers so googled this place, older man was pleasant and passed me onto his colleague who was pretty disinterested. Clueless about electricals but was charged £3.96 for two 10mm socket spacers. Researched online later that they are actually 45p each. Unfortunately, i was taken advantage of and wasn't given a receipt. I'm all for supporting small businesses but won't be going back to Sunnys Electricals. Not a good experience.

i walked in to buy a part for doorbell and asked how much . sunny said £4.50 , i said bit exspensive. as i was in the shop a asian man walked in and asked for same part. sunny said £2.50 my mouth hit the floor he was charging me £4.50 gob smacked i wlked out in disgust . that my experience of sunnys shop
