Brilliant company. I have had several dealings with sunshine solar now. I purchased an offgrid solar system which I have since expanded each time with wonderful sound advice from Evan and Becky and the team there. They are very efficient at responding to any queries or problems. There after sales and technical support is the best I've ever dealt with. Don't hesitate to buy a solar system or any product from these guys they are great to deal with

I think a lot of these reviews are fake. Check out trust pilot for a more realistic review

Bought a pure sinewave inverter that failed after 13 months… just outside the warranty period. The inverter has very little use and when it failed didn’t give any error messages. The fault was intermittent, so harder to diagnose.

Despite giving detailed symptoms of the fault the team didn’t really seem to be interested in helping me to fix this.

I bought a second inverter and said to them if they wanted to they could have the unit to see where it failed on the understanding that they returned it to me (for spares). They said it wouldn’t be good business practice for them to pay for postage. They have no interest in improving their products.

I only bought this inverters second time round because of the space in the back of the van…. It was quite a tight fit.

So far as I can tell, they're the most reliable and helpful company of this type out there, providing excellent customer support and quality products at a low price.

I've spent endless hours online, firstly trying to understand what I actually need / what will work and secondly trying to find a reputable retailer who can supply at a reasonable price, plus offer fair support should there be a problem. I have to say, Sunshine Solar seem to be leagues ahead of everyone else. Evan has been incredibly patient and informative in helping me to upgrade the existing solar system in my van, despite having only spent £40 with them so far! There's a few other larger retailers online, but their reviews, customer support & products all appear to be a bit hit & miss at best.

The service I have received from Sunshine Solar has been my best experience for service and help with the installation of the system I purchased from them.
The system I have installed now runs my static caravan, 2 fridge freezers, and a washing machine off grid with no problems and very little sun at this time of year.
The system I purchased consists of:
4 x 400 watt solar panels
1 MPPT controller
4 x 12 volt 200 amp AGM batteries
1 inverter
various sundries

I had excellent service from Sam on the sales team.
I also had excellent technical help from Andrew on the technical advice telephone line

I can not recommend this company highly enough. I am a competent electronics engineer but I have a blank when it comes to PV systems for a narrowboat. Sam Barker was brilliant in his recommendations covering absolutely everything.
Tech guy Andrew was just as good and gave me so much info so that I could make my fully informed decision. Yes, I could have saved £50 buying from eBay but I wouldn’t have had the peace of mind, nor would I have the backup I am confident I will have if I need any more info/help.

Firstly I'd like to give 10/10 for the products I purchased (600w inverter + remote switch) very easy to use and set up, also came very professionally packaged so no chance of damage. Unfortunately I did have an issue with the remote which was very quickly rectified by Mike, 10/10 for service from the team.
Would recommend the products and if they was to be an issue, you're in safe hands with these guys.

I bought a Pure sine inverter last year to use it in my work van, it had a manufactures fault, phoned up sunshinesolar and had it replaced the next day, than that too had a fault and it's been swapped for a new unit straight away, and again had an issue which was promptly dealt with. I have to say that you guys have the best customer service, much appreciated all your help to sort out all the issues. Fantastic service!! Thank you

I had a really great experience with Sunshine Solar. I spoke with Sam who was very honest and knowledgeable for our inverter purchase. He even threw in a little bonus gift which was very kind of him! I havent set up the inverter yet however if I have any set up problems or inverter issues, I know I'll be in good hands ? thankyou!
