They really know their products and are great at explaining what they have have done and how to best to utilise it. They even went the extra mile to help resolve a mechanical issue with my vehicle that I experienced whilst there, even though it was nothing to do with the work they had carried out. Can’t recommend them enough. Five Stars!!!

Brilliant company from start to finish. Had a problem with DHL delivery and Edward’s from Sunstore immediately got it sorted and my panel arrived the next day. Also he was very helpful after I fitted the panel with questions I had. You get what you pay for and this company in my opinion is excellent value for money. Highly recommend

If like me you choose a company not only for price and ability to be consultants, in my case, for my specific system requirements, but more importantly for after-service, then Sunstore are the real deal!! Edward, Luke and the team proactively have emailed back quickly, taken calls and, when I visited them on-site, fixed and explained the reasons behind their work on my Victron solar controller. Courteous, helpful and on the ball. They rock!!!

Excellent service. Knowing very little about solar systems I emailed Sunstore explaining my battery configuration of 1 starter, 3 leisure and 1 bow thruster, on my 51 foot Narrow boat. Curtis responded straight away, setting out my options. This followed many phone calls to Curtis who was very knowledgable and helpful. Having chosen a system their delivery service was fast and efficient. I found self installing reasonably easy, and pleased to report my batteries have never had so much power. I would highly recommend Sunstore.

I can’t rate Sunstore more highly enough! On my first visit there for the conversion consultation I told them what I needed with my build and they listened. I was booked in shortly after and all the work was carried out in good time. I was always kept informed of how things were going and they consulted me about any details that needed to be. Hi. Everybody. My name David. Just to say I purchased from sun star solar a solar kit some 8 Years ago for my catamaran berthed in the in the Mediterranean including 4 panels, all connectors , regulator and read out The system worked and served us amazing well for all of those years, and then I didn’t. (Oh no). When back UK i spoke to gentlemen ( Edward)He was very sympathetic to my problem, it became very obvious how knowledgeable was. We. Discussed various scenarios to cure the problem and it was the decided that we best cover all angles I difficult situation because the boat was in Spain So I purchased all the new. Parts and he very kindly ( and considering traveling times ) agreed to have any unused parts back for credit at later date The problem was sorted now back to normal ( thanks mainly to further phone calls from Spain to Edward ) duly returned the parts ( still packed ) and my credit a came arrived within days. The extra days Edward gave me for return was a great help ) probably (not the norm ) Sunstore solar and most particularly Edward have been amazingly good and helpful to me Thank you so much

Outstanding customer service. I bought an off-grid kit, it was quite tricky to set up but the team never lost patience and walked me through the whole process to the best of their ability. Wish all companies would offer this kind of support. Highly recommend.

What superb service! Sunshine Solar are now my 'go-to' shop for anything solar, indeed anything 12volt! The solar panel, mountings and connectors arrived safely, less than 24 hours after I placed my order. All I need now is is some sun, (or at least a bit of dry weather...) Cheers - keep up the good work!!!
