Great service and price. Will definitely use again. Prompt delivery and called the day before to confirm they were delivering as arranged. Ash logs and kindling for a log burner. 1st class, well done.

Stopped buying grains from there as fire constantly going out been buying from saron instead no issues needed some coal thought I would try again just 1 bag from clydach guess what fire died again always thought they were helpful yet when you say yours is the only coal constantly going out their not interested won't be returning to buy again your bags of grain are the only ones that are a waste of money and not reliable

Used these guys for the first time, very helpful and friendly on the phone. I ordered 2 ton of Anthracite grains online paying by debit card. All went through fine and delivery was made a few days later to Essex. Good communication by Mike at Supaheat fuels and also from lorry haulier. Good quality Welsh Anthracite. Will def be using Supaheat fuels again and good prices too.

Called here and purchased 2 bags of coal. Good service and advice from member of staff. Very popular a number of vehicles were calling whilst I was there. Will use again.

Absolutely appalled, after my mum using your company for over 15 years now when she could only afford 3 bags of coal have turned around to a 70 year old women and said she will have to wait as its not worth it to them. She has gone 3 weeks with none and now has a chest infection. Your loss found another company that was more than happy to drop off 3 bags
