The staff here was friendly and helpful. Room is a bit small but being in Ginza with underground station right out of the hotel is a huge plus.

The best part was the long pillow provided in the room, initially it feels very hard to sleep on as it seems to have little plastic tub filling in it, but I had incredibly good sleep at night, i would love know what kind of pillow this is and have buy one for home use 🙂

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and room is reasonable for the price paid and location.

Since we had an early flight, we dropped off our luggages at the hotel and went exploring. Check in process was smooth and fuss free with English speaking staff, and the bags were sent to our room already.

I'd like to commend Ms Zhang (张小姐) for her hospitality. She is friendly and her cheerfulness is contagious. I'm sure she has brightened up the days of several other guests at the hotel.

I want to start this review by saying the staff are amazing. Friendly, polite, professional, respectful and very helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and gave very good information about the services available. If I was able to review this hotel based on the staff only, it would be 10/10.

The reason I have marked this hotel down is the cleanliness. It was honestly so dirty in the room, particularly the bathroom. There were stains on the walls and, in one section, what looked like a poor attempt at cleaning diarrhoea from the wall.

I developed a strange itch all over my body and scalp, which when I went to the next hotel and thoroughly washed my body and clothes, went away.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it was non-smoking. However, the venting system/AC let through all kinds of smells from cooking, smoking, etc directly and strongly into the room. I had to keep the window open pretty much all the time to avoid getting the smells on my clothes.

I wish I could say better, but this was my experience. I could only stay two days, and despite having a longer stay planned, chose a different hotel.

That being said, I want to once again commend the hospitality team for their service.

Wow, found the place super clean and loved the vibe! ? Accommodation rocked my stay, really comfy. Quality-wise, everything met expectations perfectly. The location? Pretty convenient, not too far from cool spots. And hey, the price was alright, no complaints there.

Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean with a nice modern décor. All of the hotel staff we had interactions with were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The hotel provided complimentary coffee in the morning and various alcoholic beverages in the evenings. The hotel is conveniently located in the Ginza area, we walked to all of the local shops and eateries nearby, including the Toyosu fish market which was roughly a 4 km walk. The best part, the hotel had both a mens and ladies onsen which I made use of every morning and evening. I definitely recommend this hotel and one that I would stay again if ever in the Ginza area.

comparing this to super premier ikebukuro that i stayed at last year, this ginza branch is simply not as good. firstly, the service is bad, which is absolutely surprising given that (1) this is japan, and (2) this ginza branch was more expensive than the ikebukuro one but the latter had much better service. the onsen at ikebukuro felt more spacious too. i’ll stay at the ikebukuro outlet the next time i return to japan.

The location of the hotel is really convenient and highly recommended. Definitely would come back again. Staff are really friendly and they also provide a laundry and dryer machine beside the onsen room which is really convenient for traveler.

Fantastic!! It’s a well-equipped boutique hotel. First, I love it’s welcoming a**osphere and relaxing aroma when you walk into the hotel lobby. You are warmly greeted by their friendly staff. Great location, only minutes away by foot from subway stations, shops and restaurants. They offer amenities including organic Japan made skin care products for their guests, very thoughtful! It’s during winter time when I visited Tokyo, I have tried their onsen, amazing experience! ♥️ thank you!
