Superior Auto is always our go to for our vehicles. We’ve recently turned my dad onto going with them as well. Benny and Gilbert, at the front desk, are always friendly and get us in quickly every time we call. We’ve even worked with the owner, Bill and he was just as great to work with. We recently purchased an extended warranty on our new vehicle. We had the option to stay with the dealership (in town) or pay $100 deductible every time to go to Superior Auto for any warranty needs. We opted for the deductible option because they are just that good, trustworthy and worth it! If you want great service at a great price, then Superior Auto is the place to go.

I had to have repairs done but there wasn't time to get our car to Chico so I went with a local garage in the Paradise area. The guy fixed the what was supposed to be done and I appreciate it. Unfortunately there was damage done in the process. I had the car towed to Superior to see what was wrong. Let's just say that after some checking our vehicle wasn't safe to drive. I actually could've lost a front wheel at any moment! Gilbert is by far the BEST front desk person I've ever encountered. He wouldn't allow us to drive the car and was very concerned for us. Everyone was. Our car is fixed, safe and back on the road. Moral of the story? Don't go to someone you don't know! My wife and I are grateful for the caring shown by everyone at Superior. Thank you to all...Gilbert you are our hero!

Was very happy with them. Took my car in for a noise that was hard to detect, two other shops had blown me off about it and did not take time to look into it. Superior actually looked into in, found a problem that was very serious, but was unsure if that it would also fix the original problem. Which it did. The other shops I went to could have potential left me with no vehicle because of thier lack of diving it to test and taking a look.
This will now be my one and only shop.
