After a mouse and mice droppings were seen in my flat, I called a well known pest control service. They wanted £2000 to remove the mice and to monitor with a 2 year contract. A relative recommended me to Mike at Surekil. Even though I live a long distance from where Mike usually works, he came and worked his magic over 3 hours at a fraction of the price! He inspected the flat and methodically sealed all entry points. A mouse was seen a week later which I was told was normal. I was given excellent instructions to pinpoint where the mouse was entering and lo and behold, this was narrowed down to a cupboard in the kitchen. After completing the raisin test, I established that I still had a problem in my flat. I was recommended Mike from a friend, very happy I took the recommendation. I own a workshop in Woking and have had Rat issues over the last few years. I have had companies come out and put poison down, but the Rats always come back!
Mike has a different approach to the other companies I have used. Mike surveyed the building and found a few areas he thought the Rats were entering and advised these areas are blocked before we put any poison down, which I thought was a great idea. So far so good, there's no signs of any Rats!!

Money well spent! Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable. As soon as he arrived he got straight to work getting behind hard to reach places, filling holes, cleaning up droppings and sanitizing the spaces, in order to get to the root of our mouse problem.

Following the first visit we had regular contact via email as he provided advice on how best to monitor whether the mice were still in the house. After discovering two mice were still in the house he returned immediately and attended to a new hole that the mice had created.

Almost two weeks since he came, numerous raisin tests and no mice! I am so happy and grateful for his service. One year guarentee is superb.

Mike was absolutely brilliant right from the initial phone call! He is professional, kind, prompt and clearly knows his stuff about mice. He attended my flat in the recent heatwave in August and got to work straight away in my kitchen where I have had to put up with mice coming in from behind the units and then into the lounge and other rooms. This has been an ongoing problem for years and the pest control I used previously would put the poison in the rooms but this did not seem to work as they would still come back.
I have had so many sleepless nights and with a baby crawling I was at my wits end...
Mike did a fantastic job of boarding up the access points, cleaning up the areas and also kindly covering a large gap in the kitchen. He checked the other rooms as well and offers a guarantee too for a year.
Touch wood I have had no further sightings and can now start to relax a bit more!
