Rubbish company. Ph jones used to have contract for eastlight homes.. I called.out of.hours to.report.combi.boiler lost.pressure. I have 3.physical health conditions and chest infection. Waited 24hrs freezing cold to be.told 2.men have to attend and only 1 man on at weekend. Because I was.upset was told I can have.phone number for samaritans. Cannot feel my feet and on crutches.

Uodate: This company sent 1 man to addreas 3 days later despite not doing so within 24hrs. I had to pressurize boiler myself after getting advice. Could hace blown it up.

Engineer diagnosed fault in 5 minutes but that’s where the positive impression finished. Next day phone call that part won’t arrive till next week and job can’t be done. I phoned 3 local shops they have part in stock ready to go. Also lady I spoke over the phone wasn’t very nice and did not understand concern that I have 2 small kids and no heating in November, she just wanted to finish conversation not even tried to help. Our council downgraded quality of the service choosing this company. Luckily local newspaper is interested to name and shame bad contractor.

Had new boiler surface pipe work fitted, they use a hammer and chisel instead of a whole saw, pipe work so twisted the trunking doesn't fit. Had to repaint after they left scratches all over my walls. Manager gave nothing but excuses! When he refused to fix the problems in the photos, manager chose to leave me with no heating for another 2 months!

Powerflush done to a poor standard. I had clean water after powerflush its dirty water now its like yellow water. Homserve will not insure me and was told CALLGASS DID A PIIR QUALITY JOB AND NEEDS TO SORT IT OUT.
I HAVE PROOF JUST PROVIDE ME A TELEPHONE NUMBER SO I CAN WHATSAPP IT TO YOU IF NOT I WILL BE PUTING IT ON YOUTUBE RO SHOW YOU THE POOR QUALITY JOB.
I POINT ITS NOT DONE CORRECTLY I SIGNED THE CONTRACT THEN FOYND OUT LATER LEAVING ME WITH MANY PROBLEMS AND SEVERAL JOBS NOT DONE.
I EMAIL AREA MANAGER BUT INSTEAD OF LETTING ME PROVE MYSELF HE WENT ON THE DEFENSIVE. PLEASE ALLOW ME TO PROVE IT.

I dont wish to take it to another level all i want is this powerflush and jobs that suppose to be done e.g magnetic filter to be cleaned wasn't cleaned but all this was paid for and not done.

I didnt realise he made me sign the contract at the end not even asking if "everything ok please sign here" i thought your 3rd part and leap the grant company will send me form to sign to say job was up to satisfactory.

I only caught on as i have very basic knowledge and checking youtube etc that the powerflush was not done correctly.

Also why do i get a LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE WHEN AM NOT A LANDLORD?

I NOW BE IGNORED BY CALLGAS APPENTLTLY NOT IN THE SYSTEM AFTER THEY TAKING ALL THAT MONEY. ITS NOT CHEAP FOR A POWERFLUSH.

PLEASE KINDLY CALL SO WE CAN MOVE FORWARD AND I CAN DELETE MY REVIEWS ONLY TO GET GASCALL ATENTTION IF TO REALLY DO CARE FOR THERE CUSTOMERS.

My newly installed boiler (4 days ago!) no longer works and trying to get an engineer out to fix it proves to be a real nightmare.

On the positive side I have to say that the original installation appeared(!) to have been done professionally. The guys were friendly and seemed to do a solid job, cleaning up after themselves and even insulated the condensate pipe (other properties in the neighbourhood just have a plastic pipe). The new thermostat, however, couldn’t be installed, but an electrician would be sent out the following day to fix. Three(!) days later the electrician arrived and connected the thermostat plus receiver. That’s when the problems started…

Less than two hours after the installation I noticed that there was no hot water coming from the tap. And the control panel on the front of the boiler had gone completely black and would come back to life!

I phoned local offices, but ended up in never ending loops. I phoned the central support in Glasgow under the number given on GasCalls website and had some bizarre conversations. Initially I was told that they don’t cover my area, which isn’t true. They took my details and promised me a call from the ā€˜relevant’ office.

An hour later I phoned again, still not having received any call/update… and the same story,,, we have no records, we don’t cover your ā€˜area’… whilst I was holding the contract in my hand. Only after being insistent and being put on hold, the agent then confirmed that my details had been passed onto ā€˜Colin’, but she could not give me his department details… she just assumed he was a supervisor for these cases. He would call me ASAP. This was 5 hours ago. And having this call doesn’t mean I will have an engineer on my doorstep!

And let’s not forget they advertise and praise their 24/7 365 day support on their website!

The engineer who fitted the boiler (Jack) was brilliant. Very friendly and cleaned up after himself. Got the the new boiler fitted in a day as promised - despite having to go for extra parts. Only point off was for some poor communication from the office - had to chase up a few times re: appointments. But other than that all was great.
