Absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with being a housing tenant. Unprofessional, rude and no communication. Workers showing up not knowing what the job is and asking me "what's to be done?". Having to phone for weeks on end chasing up jobs that are started and not completed. Telling lies blaming the tenant, absolutely shocking the way I've been treated this past year. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! not worth the stress and effect on your mental health it will have dealing with this company.

Everwarm / Sureserve Energy were an absolute shambles to deal with. They did my cavity wall insulation about a year ago now but the service was horrid. The place was a mess. It was constant call outs and no calls/emails back, put through the ringer for months on end whilst about to give birth. No compassion, no professionalism, wish i never used them. I forgot to review at the time but as i had a baby i never got round to it, every time i see one of their vans i get angry. their workmen threw cigarette in my garden and everything. please use another company for this government funded insulation!!!

Absolute joke of a company. Had cavity wall insulation done years ago from company and the stuff they used caused dampness in internal walls . Under guarantee they had to come back out to sort the damage and remove and replace the cavity wall insulation, took them months just to remove it then again the same to reinstall insulation. But not after constant phoning and emails. I was assured the internal walls will be repaired ( plastered and painted). Months down the line , constant phoning and emails and still not done. Nearly a year and still not resolved. Absolute joke of a company , they do not return there calls or emails. I'm now at the point of getting another company in to do the repair work and will fight for compensation. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I recently had Everwarm upgrade both the energy efficiency and heating systems in my home, and I am beyond pleased with the results. From the start, their team was professional and knowledgeable.

Although this work was carried out at my mother and fathers house, and not meeting the guys myself , I thought that I would share their comments and thoughts.
They were , understandably , worried about the upheaval and mes , they were pleasantly surprised by the effort that the guys went to to make them feel at ease , they had taken their time in explaining how the new system works and how to set the timer etc .
They would recommend them to potential customers....

Had boiler and radiators installed by Everwarm, Bathgate recently. Cannot fault from start to finish, inspector initially came out explained process, what I needed to do, how long the process would take, and what and where radiators and drilling would be. On the day engineers arrived earlier which was brilliant and honestly could have had three lovely guys to do work. They were polite explained process, worked till 630pm to ensure heating was up and running which I was grateful for due to cold weather, came back next morning to finish and clear up. House was left tidy, boiler explained and service and warranty explained.

I admit reading some of the reviews of was very concerned but just don't believe everything your read.

Even when contacting the main office all the staff were brilliant!

My application for insulation scheme has been gathering dust with them for ages. (Turriff office) Constant phone calls to them have not changed anything apart from them telling me that a surveyor is going to contact me soon. Been months.

Long story short. It started at the end 2020... After going back and forth with emails and calls the loft insulation hasn't been installed. First the survey wasn't done properly and because of that I wasted so much time on contacting changework and everwarm.
A project manager came to see my loft 5 months ago (2 years after first survey) and he was trying to say that my loft insulation is fine. You can see on the picture that the mineral wool is only on sides and nothing in the middle.
Never heard anything after the visit.
