I’ve dealt with many builders and have to say Sustainabuild have been by far the best on every front. Turning up when they said they would, sending quote on time and ringing to talk through it, team always professional in branded T-shirts, extremely polite and tidy. I had a garage knocked down and replaced with a garden room and most builders weren’t interested as it was more work removing the garage. Paul and Joe were very thorough explaining every detail, spent time understanding my vision and both gave ideas and suggestions and sourced lots for me. The project came in on time and budget and the end result is amazing. Paul is extremely organised with the budgeting side with shared spreadsheet of costs and payments in stages as work was completed. Professional invoices sent, very easy to pay via phone app. I really cannot find one fault and highly recommend Paul & Joe and the rest of their team. What I expected to be a stressful experience turned out to be a very enjoyable one as they took all the stress out of it for me.

Project was a single story rear extension with a bathroom/ utility room. Paul and Joe were fantastic throughout, no issues, no surprises. On time and on budget. Very Good project management , costs communicated and controlled very well. At no time in the project did I not know, what had been spent and on what.

All the trades, were very good, high quality work and all very tidy. Will defiantly be using them again and have no reservations about recommending them. I was trying to think of some criticism I could feed back, nothing came to mind. Very pleased with the result.

sustainabuild came to me as a recommendation thru a friend and im happy to say id recommend them too now. refurb work carried out after an unpleasant flooding was done professionally with haste and a minimum of fuss leading to a finished job i couldnt be happier with. not your typical 'builders' outfit at all, these guys were genuine professionals from start to finish.
