Potentially the worst company I have ever come across. Awful customer service, 0 response. No contact at any point until you owe money and threaten legal action.

False meter readings, wont accept accurate readings. Fraudulent acts. Slapped me with a bill of over a thousand without communication.

No reason as to why and wont accept any calls to resolve.

Can't produce a bill for the money they took from my account
This company took a direct debit from my account, but can't produce a bill for that account.

You received a bill for £70, but they took money for £700.- I just want an invoice with that account. Like any normal utility. I don't even care about the line item, any line item will work for me.

This breaks the direct debit guarantee and I will proceed to contact the relevant ombudsman to follow on.

I contacted customer support, but they have been very unhelpful.

They have been charging me some months £380 a month estimations on a 1 bed studio flat in Royal William Yard. They have already taken £1000 from me a won’t refund me. Be careful of these cowboys, been a year now and still no resolution.

I’d leave less than one star if I could.

We’ve been out of hot water for two weeks.

Prior to the 29th of May we received a letter stating that building maintenance would be happening, meaning the hot water would be temporarily turned off on the 31st. It got turned off early on the 28th, It’s now the 14th of June and we STILL have no hot water.

We had no letter or any indication that we would be disconnected permanently during the routine building maintenance, any calls to Switch 2 have been pointless as they refuse to speak to us and only want to speak to the landlord.

The flat I live in is all bills included, so our landlord deals with the accounts (hence why they won’t speak to us). She’s sent us (and them, multiple times) proof of payment for the hot water, yet Switch2 keep telling her that it’s not been paid and as such are refusing to switch it back on.

I am FED UP of this being a yearly occurrence around May. Every year the hot water gets switched off and never put back on again for weeks on end due to some unforeseen stupid reason which they refuse to solve despite being given all the required paperwork or payments.

It’s unacceptable.

Our tenant owed them money so they sent in the bailiffs. Bailiffs took from tenants £2701.00 but has not added it as a credit on their account.

Wow! Incredible high charges! Unfortunately the crap agency that I’m renting from are using this other crap energy company, apparently i’ve hit two birds with one stone!
