One star is too much for this business. Have been constantly harassed on my business line, when I said I have services in place the lady began to get abusive, kept shutting me off and referred to me as “lady”. Piss poor telephone etiquette- avoid like the plague.

I have just had a call from this company. These are the lies that they tried to tell me. It doesn't matter what contract that I am in, they will get me out of it. The contract that I am in is too expensive. It is two pence per Kwh more than the contract that i told them I was in until 2020, they told me that the company that they want me to go with is a fixed price (Opus Energy). When I pushed the point they told me that although the non commodity element of the kwh charge was not fixed, they replied that these charges had not increased for five years. They have gone up every April for the last three years. When they realised that they couldn't lieabout Opus any more they offered me two other companies that did fix their charges.
When I said why on earth would I put my business with anybody as dishonest as them they hung up on me.
I am forwarding the call recording to their MD, OFGEM and Opus Energy.

If possible, I would give this company 0 stars. They call my business line and harass my female staff members always from a different number so clearly calling from abroad. They are being struck of the register as per the notification on companies house. Please do not use these scammers.

These rogues keep phoning me despite the fact that I am on TPS. The longest I have managed to keep them on the phone so far is 33 minutes - I feel it is my duty to waste their time as much as they are wasting mine. To be fair they are very good about holding on whilst I serve imaginary customers. Sometimes they claim to be Scottish Power and sometimes they admit to being Switch & Save. I spent quite a while reading out some of these reviews but the guy just tried to dismiss them as people from their competitors. Very thick skinned so be as rude as you like!

I am Surprised by the negative Reviews of different People. But to be Honest, These Guys have helped me in getting rid of Utilita Energy as they were Extremely Expensive. On the Other hand, these people have offered me much cheaper prices as compared to the Utilita Energy! But I would say, their sales agents gave me tons of calls which was annoying for me! That's why I am giving 4stars! Otherwise they worth 5!
