Tone deaf to an older customer, coudn't be more unhelpful if they were actually trying. Non-existent customer service, refuse to speak or even email me with any information and point to FAQs, which don't help me. They have left me in limbo during a change of suplier. I would recommend that anyone thinking of using their services avoid this company. I have cancled my contract and still they refuse to provide any useful information.

Pretty awful, selected me a tarrif from a company that went under, ok let's assume that was unforeseeable.

Failed to set up a smart meter despite confirming it was done.

Failed to pay out a referral fee early on (wouldn't have done this at the time if I'd know how useless they'd be)

Failed to switch me to better tarriffs when they became available.

Failed to close my account when requested in writing.

Didn't fail to take another payment. Absolutely haven't saved money with this company.

Do not use, absolutely awful company. We ended up paying two different energy companies and one wasn't even supplying our energy. We sent emails of complaints and had no response.

*update* 😂 what a joke, it took you six months to respond to my review! Sums up your auto switching services.

I've just been charged £11.99 for my Switcd subscription - but I'm not sure what for. Since Utility Point went bust, I was automatically moved to EDF. Switched can't move us onto a cheap tariff (and I doubt they will for the foreseeable future). Suffice to say, I'll be cancelling my membership today. The idea was good until last year but now I don't see the point it paying for such a service when there's nothing cheaper than the standard rate.

Switchd is exceptionally prompt in responding to my messages. The help is also practical and helpful. I never got this from my previous providers. Well done Switched! Full marks for being extremely customer oriented. I hope you stay in business for a very long time. I am genuinely happy to be one of your clients/customers.

Used Switchd to find a Solar system. Not too sure where to start here. I should have realised from the very beginning when I had a 2 calls from the same person, one a sales call and then a follow up with his surveyor hat on that there may be issues here. This had to be followed up by a third appointment to confirm the same details, ever since it’s felt like Groundhog Day having the same conversations multiple times.

At this point I had a price and system I was happy with so agreed to proceed. I really should have done more research on them. No bad reviews seemed to be online but I have found ones just like my experience since. I have noticed some of these negative reviews are being removed so please do your research.

A few weeks in I was informed we had to start again with the DNO (the official permission needed) as they'd had to make changes to the install. This caused another delay. I was told not to worry though as it wouldn't affect installation dates. It did though.

It wasn't until after the DNO approval had been sorted (late and after being chased) that a date was finally agreed for install, I took the first available date due to being weeks behind schedule already.

1 day before the planned install a delivery arrived, without any warning. I was lucky to have been able to rush home to take it but did have to leave work to sort this, I was given 30 minutes notice from their office. It was only a partial delivery though no rail mounts. On the day of the planned install no one turned up, they’d not have been able to install though as no mounting rails. I have seen this happened to others. I called their office to hear they didn't know about any of this. Turns out they don't get involved with the install and it's all down to a third party they just work as an introducer, I was aware they didn’t install personally but thought they’d at least project manage the install. They don't check details and take no steps to ensure things are going to go as planned. After speaking to this third party and going back to MMHG I found out the third party hadn't paid the scaffolder's and this had caused a breakdown in business relations they canceled not just my job but others too. MMHG admitted to issues and promised to make changes in their operations moving forward.

5 days has passed, management refuse to phone me and still nothing is booked in to install. I was told I was priority number 1 by a senior “guru” due to these issue so I fear for the person priority 2 if this is what I've been offered. I reached out to the Owners but had no response. I tried to call the office but as they’ve programmed by phone number into their system I seemed to be screened and cannot get through.

Very disappointed I’m lucky not to have paid the huge fee asked for up front as I had mentioned I as concerned after reading how others had been treated. I could have paid over £4000 to have no system and nothing planned in. At the moment they’ve taken £200 from me with nothing scheduled to happen after 4 months.

Hopefully one of the owners will respond and I’ll get the install I was promised without further issue.

Our monthly payments have decreased significantly since joining Switchd. It is great knowing we will be automatically put onto the best tariff without having to search ourselves. Really easy to set up and great customer service!
