Since being taken over this once fantastic helpful merchants has utterly lost its way. On first purchase I have been charged over double the norm and this was confirmed by visiting John Nichols merchant in Banbury . Closed account good riddance . Arrogant beyond belief

Great experience overall. Request for a same day delivery was acheived and 4 hours early plus amazing delivery driver who negotiated a narrow cotswolds lane with great skill and not a moan or groan. Much appreciated.
