Loader decided to double stack 3 of 14 pallets and refused to put right. Load was 14 total so plenty of space. Carried on like I didn’t know what I was talking about and said it wasn’t an unsafe load. Pallets exceed 500k not suitable for internal straps. Also too fragile for ratchets! Absolute joke of a place. Check your load carefully before you leave.

Purchased an Airpod 3rd generation from Syncreon. Have received the box today with no seal or tape on whatsoever ‘open box’. Also the battery sticker on the box was partially ripped……..bad bad

Delivery of parcel today - no card left, no knock on door or bell rung. Photo of house sounded like mine, which was retrieved on the tracker when I enquired. I CAN NOT believe I was told that DPD don’t have a complaints department during my call AND it cost mega bucks to call the number.Also, I was told at the pick-up point, that this situation is common…very very poor..

Received empty box instead of apple 13 pro max and after trying to conact no one answer. Register my complain to aplle still under investigation how good are they to fool people on chiratmas.

Very bad 👎 experience with Syncreon Tech. I was sent an empty box 📦 instead of sending me my new 256 GB I PAD. Now the investigating has begun to find out that where did my I pad worth £729 went.

I was buy 13 pro max today from apple… I aslo got empty box, I was complained in apple but they are not reply. I was try to syncreon but not reachable… I don’t know who make me fraud with me but 1100 pounds is bib amount for me … I hope I will get my phone
