We recently worked with Synergos Consultancy during the preparation and audit for our ISO14001, having previously used them for our ISO9001 a few years ago.
The team are fantastic. VERY helpful, friendly and professional. Steve met with us either in person or on Teams very regularly throughout the process to keep us updated and to go through what changes we had made and how he had integrated that into our current Quality Manual. As a result of consistent comms, we managed to build a great working relationship, he and the team were always there to answer any questions.
Thanks to the Synergos team we successfully achieved our ISO14001 certification, which without them, we wouldn't have known where to start!
