I contacted Greenarc Tank Services when I noticed that my old fuel tank was leaking and they responded straight away. The person I spoke to was able to answer all my questions and reassure me about the process of replacing my fuel tank. An engineer contacted me and made an appointment to carry out a survey the same day. The engineer was very professional, he explained all the regulations to me and a quote was provided within a few hours by Greenarc. The whole process was very easy. After accepting the quote, the team who came to install my new tank were very professional and neat and tidy. They took away my old tank for disposal and I am very happy with the replacement tank. I would highly recommend this company. They took care of my problem and the service was very easy to use.

No delivery after 15 days, i will be contacting my credit card to inform the that they did not for fill the contract, and ask for a refund.
i will need to get an new reputable supplier to for fill this order at significantly more cost, as an express delivery,
needless to say i will not be doing business with this company again. this company should be totally ashamed of your customer service or lack of it, no one answers the phone or emails just total rubbish.

I note most of the negative comments are years old.I have used the company 3 or 4 times have always received my delivery within the stated time.Last November I ordered and was quoted the time which ended the day after I was due to go into hospital,the lady who took the order said she would sort it,the oil arrived 3 days later,a week before my hospital stay Great Service!!appreciated

Ordered on 10th for delivery on 23rd March.
Called several times this week in order to get an update. No call back!
Eventually go through to be told it’s out for delivery tomorrow 24th!
If it doesn’t come then I will need to switch the boiler off and reorder from somewhere else because the tank is almost empty.
This is not acceptable. If I could submit with zero stars I would.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

In my experience of buying oil over the years, this has to be the worst company of them all. Time now is 17:16, and the oil has failed to arrive yet again after it was already late. We have two little kids in the house and oil has already run out. No communication, nothing. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow for advise and hopefully buy elsewhere. I will not use or recommend this company even if they were giving their oil away for free.
