I can't recommend Tayside Gas Services highly enough! From the initial consultation to the completion of the installation, their service was nothing short of outstanding. Cammy, who provided our quote, immediately impressed me with his clear, jargon-free explanations of our boiler options. He took the time to thoroughly assess the heating needs of our home, ensuring we understood the different systems available and which would be the most suitable for us. As someone with limited prior knowledge of boilers and radiators, I truly appreciated his patience and willingness to answer my numerous questions without a hint of condescension – a refreshing change from past experiences with other tradespeople. The installation itself, carried out by both Cammy and Kris, was equally impressive. They demonstrated meticulous care and attention to detail throughout the entire process. We have used Tayside Gas Services for the past four years now for our boiler service. Had an issue with the boiler last week, Cammy came out within a few days of messaging, had a look and he knew straight away it needed a new part which was installed on the same day and all is well again. New LPG boiler fitted by Tayside Gas Svs. Excellent communication and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. They turned up promptly on the agreed day, carried out the installation over a 2 day visit and then came back to commission the boiler and give us some much needed heating once we got the gas supply up and running.

I first used Kris and Cammy a few years ago when my boiler broke down, they attended very quickly and got the boiler going again at a very reasonable price. I have since shed them for annual service and always very prompt and efficient. This weekend the boiler again was causing problems. Cammy attended the next day and quickly identified and rectified the problem.
They are both excellent and provide a very good service. I have recommended them to neighbours who without fail are all very pleased with their service.
