A family run business, Simon came out to do the survey and explain everything on a Monday, the quote came from his brother David who also sends all the info regarding installation with regular updates for what is going to happen and when, and the installation was completed within 10 days - absolutely brilliant service!

This company is incredible. From booking the appointment to visit within a few days through to scaffolding being collected, everything went super smooth.

The scaffold was put up on Tuesday, solar installation on Wednesday, and the scaffold was taken down Thursday.

The installers laid mats at the entrance to the house and took their shoes off. They were professional and just got on with the job. Any mess was tidied up at the end and they even offered to hoover.

They did a brilliant job and the system dashboard is easy to use.

From the first visit to our home on July 24th, we had the impression that TCL was the right company. The previous two didn't show such knowledge and approach to the customer. Simon is a nice guy whose knowledge helped us choose the right setup for our photovoltaic system and his brother David did all the paperwork. Everything happened very quickly and we were kept informed about everything. On Friday 4th August in 9 hours everything was installed by the amazing team Matt, Jack and Sonny. They did everything as we wanted it to be done. Everything was done precisely with due diligence and attention to detail. We are very impressed and extremely pleased with their work. OUTSTANDING…..If we could give more than 5* we would. Simon was recommended to us by friends who also had a very good experience. Simon was easy to understand and when asked about the equipment they would be using he emailed all the product sheets to us that evening. We decided to go ahead and order on 20th March and were given an installation date of 26th April just 5 weeks later!! We were a little bit apprehensive as you hear of some horror stories (Our neighbour being one of them) We needn’t have worried Simon’s brother David called and gave us a breakdown of exactly how it was going to proceed, Scaffolding Mon/Tue, Panels arrive Mon, Battery Tue and it’ll all be installed Wednesday and that’s exactly what happened and the scaffolding was all gone by the following Monday. It’s up, we’re saving money and making money. So happy with the service from these guys and their teams and would highly recommend to anyone.

Found tcl through a 3rd party. Looking at installing a 5-7 kw system with Batteries. From putting my details out I’ve had reps and call centres trying to push for business and felt uneasy inviting these people round to quote, with Simon 1 of the firms directors he called me himself to discuss and arrange a viewing of the property which certainly made me feel that the company is more personnel rather than churning out packages like most out there.
So he’s been today and unfortunately with the shape and size of my south facing roof Simon was straight up and told me It wouldn’t be worth while as I wouldn’t get enough panels south facing to make it pay.
As much as that was disappointing I respected the straight up honesty. I genuinely believe Simon and his firm are out creating an honest living and feel they are running a trust worthy business.
