After being a member for nearly 5 years, I decided it's about time I gave this a go! It's absolutely gorgeous! Iv had loads of different brands and this has a lovely flavour. I just had it with milk but will be charging to almond milk to save some cals! I also bought a medium tshirt, that fits beautifully. Lovely stretchy soft material. Well done Richie and team! X

Been on plan just under 4 weeks and lost close to a stone! The chocolate protein is amazing and one of the best I’ve had! Doesn’t taste powdery at all, just so chocolatey!
I love Richie’s videos and how honest and to the point he is. I definitely need the “tough love” otherwise I’d fall off plan!
For £7.99 a month, you can’t go wrong and I love the new app! I have a much better relationship with food now thanks to TeamRH!

I love skinny cow protein powder, I’ve tried so many others and don’t like the claggy powdery taste. I should be more adventurous but I always seem to get strawberry 🍓.
Made some amazing strawberry protein pudding pots..got three prepped in the fridge for breakfast at work to hit my protein targets early.

Have been using the same protein shake for years as it was one I found that was palatable. However was unable to find the flavour I wanted this time so decided to give the team RH Fat Cow chocolate protein powder.
It came quickly and when I tried my first shake - WOW. Absolutely a different league in taste. It’s beautiful, smooth, chocolatey and no aftertaste at all. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for making something so lush.

I signed up for what I believed was a 7-day trial with Team RH Fitness, only to find out I was locked into a 12-month contract without my explicit consent. The terms were not clearly communicated, and I was denied the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Attempts to resolve the issue with customer service were met with unhelpful responses, and I faced unexpected charges. I advise caution to anyone considering their services.

My experience has been that this company is duplicitous and misleading. I would not recommend.

I have just read all the other comments of people in the same position and am now contacting them directly to create legal action. Anyone I have missed, please contact me directly through here and I will respond. I will also be contacting via Yelp and Trust Pilot etc.

Tried lots of protein powders but this one is next level. The taste and consistency is spot on. Really chocolatey flavour. Tastes great when used for baking as some powders leave a nasty after taste. Fat cow is definitely worthy of 5 stars.

Start of the New Year I received a discount for one month. After you purchased this one month, you couldn’t do anything with it without setting up a direct debit. I thought no problem. I’ll test it out if I don’t like it I’ll cancel within the direct debit 14 day cooling off period. what is hidden from you in a light grey colour below the button (see attached photo) that you have to press to accept the direct debit is that you are waving You’re right to cancel. It’s sold so that you can only ever see the monthly payment for what you don’t realise is that you’re signing up to a 12 month contract that you cannot escape from. I immediately tried to cancel over email to which I was told that it was impossible. My email exchange takes between five and seven days to get a response per email(weeks have gone by now). I’ve even now agreed to pay myself out of the contract and I am still waiting for correspondence on how to pay even though it has been agreed. I haven’t got one polite thing to say about this company and the way that they conduct their business. Their marketing is a complete trick and scam to get you and waive your rights with hidden conditions. I really hope people read this and stay away.
