I recently had a screen issue with my HP laptop that was less than 3 years old and I was recommended to try the Tech Guys 360 by a colleague who is a regular customer of theirs. They got back to me really quickly and said I could pop in anytime to talk through the issue. Whilst the initial problem took longer to fix than they'd first thought, I'm pleased to say they resolved the problem and my screen is now working fine. Both Neil and Paul were friendly and helpful explaining what might be wrong (esp to someone who has very basic IT knowledge!), and their communication was great and the pricing is very reasonable too. I'd definitely use them again for any future tech issues and I'd happily recommend them to others.

Had a screen replacement done by Tech Guys, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained clearly.
Price was better than expected, they also fitted the latest in screen protection which is truly amazing….these are the go to guys and I would highly recommend……Well done guys keep up the excellent work.

Words cannot express how delighted I am to have found Neil at Tech Guys. The whole service for our broken tablet screen has been brilliant. Neil spoke to me personally and was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout. He arranged collection and return via courier and his turnaround was very prompt.. tablet would have been back 2 days after pick up if it hadn't been a weekend. The work done was extremely neat and tidy . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend but I just wish we had known about you earlier. Thanks for everything Neil.

This was without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a local company. I brought my iPad in for a battery replacement but after receiving it back there was a screen fault. I ended up bringing it in for a total of 3 times and each time it came back with something else wrong. Towards the end they got very rude and claimed it was my fault that I hadn’t read their terms and conditions. There are still issues with the iPad. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone, nor would I trust them with any other device.
