Had my Iphone X phone screen repaired here in under 15 minutes! I entered the shop and explained my issue within less than 30 seconds the man behind the counter (forgot to ask his name but hopefully he sees this) easily diagnosed my problem in a way that was understandable and straight to the point.

I then asked how much and how long it would take and was surprised to hear that it wouldn’t (and didn’t!) take any longer than 10 minutes I literally walked down the high street bought and drink and he was done 😅

Can’t recommend this shop enough, no dodgey parts, great customer service both speedy and polite. I will definitely be taking my other items that need some work back there. You will not be disappointed at all!

I took my MacBook Air to Tech Lab in Banstead after another well-established repair shop had kept it for 3 weeks and still couldn’t fix it. On the off chance, I brought it here and was helped by Malik, who was courteous, professional, and clearly very experienced. In just a couple of hours, he identified the issue, and within a couple of days, he had replaced the faulty internal parts and got my laptop working perfectly again.
Since then, I’ve brought in iPads and iPhones for repair, and every time the service has been fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. Malik genuinely seems to enjoy the challenge of tricky repairs and always delivers excellent results.
What an unbelievable find this shop is! Great service, great knowledge, and fair prices. Honestly, don’t take your Apple products anywhere else – Tech Lab is the place to go!
