Not sure what I did wrong, but I attended my interview early, had a nice interview with the employer, I personally felt it all went well. Until I hadn’t heard back for a week so I decided to get in contact with Nikki, as I had other interviews lined up so wanted to know where I stood with this job, no reply from Nikki, avoided answering my phone call and when I called Tech People to follow up about this, they said Nikki was in a meeting and she would call me in half an hour… did Nikki call me in half an hour? No. Terrible service, all I needed was for someone to tell me sorry you didn’t get the job this time, I did everything I could on my part and was just chasing up an update. Disrespectful and made me feel like they only care about you if they can benefit from you, I was nothing but professional and responded to all emails and calls. Would be nice to just receive an update so I’m not waiting around for no reason but apparently that’s too much to ask for when you’ve taken time out of your day to attend an interview.

Can't say who I spoke with but was told that a job id applied for was filled, but if I could provide two references then perhaps I would suit an up and coming position. Well I only had one reference, so I put my partners name and number down, and she received a call, and once they'd got past the point less questions my partner was asked (who the caller believed to be a site manager) if they used other trades as to the one I am. So basically they spun me some lies to get my contacts so as to approach with a sales call. I never heard back about this so called job which I doubt existed, I've noticed an urgency with agency staff when a job is real, but anyway they were
Wasting my time and potentially damaging past relationships with contractors.
