Stuart was absolutely brilliant. He kept me informed throughout the whole journey which I could track from my phone. He advised on all procedures and documentation required both in the UK and Europe and UK tax payable on import. His communications were top notch and he looked after Ted impeccably. I would like to thank Stuart for delivery of my tuxedo persian kitten. Stuart is very approachable, professional and knows his job inside out. He gave expert advice on current rules of importing animals into the UK and guided through both documents required and a process involved. His communication was excellent. Video and pictures were sent promptly and tracking was available at any time. I liked the idea of having handful number of animals on board, as in my opinion it is not possible to provide excellent care to 25 animals (some of the couriers) whilst also driving hundreds of miles. Cat arrived relaxed, had food, drink, litter and comfortable carrier with a fen to maintain cool temperature. I would highly recommend Stuart and if you are looking for pet transport I would look no further. Stuart, I shall use your services again 🙂.

Thank you Stuart for bringing my Norwegian Forest kitten from Italy to the UK. A very challenging few weeks to get the import health certification done correctly and thank you for your patience during the past few weeks keeping everyone right with it all. Stu brought my dog from Malaga after being let down by another transporter whilst on holiday (was quoted £450 but as there van wasn’t full they cancelled the trip)
Tees valley collected in the morning and arrived the following day around 9pm. Max our Labrador was relaxed and didn’t even want to leave Stu.
We got regular updates via video and had a tracker so we know where they were at all times. They stayed in a hotel on return with pictures of proof.
Truly a 5 ***** service

Contacted Stuart to make arrangements. He confirmed they are approved animal carriers and asked all the expected questions. Olivia arrived promptly and was sweet and loving to the cats. At the other end my brother said cats were carefully delivered to him and all was good. Photo sent to let me know they arrived safe. I was really worried but Stuart and Olivia reassured and looked after them on the journey Durham to Cambridge. Also for the service offered they were very competitively priced. Would recommend if you want peace of mind for your pets
