I’m a first-time user of TEQ Group, having for years tried to navigate the shark-infested waters of business energy comparison sites. Justine has been emailing helpful market information updates over several months. With one of our contracts due for renewal, I first contacted the supplier directly for a quote. No response, so I sought one from Justine. It came back immediately, with our present supplier still the cheapest. Even though we prevaricated for a day or so, Justine and David had set up the new contract before the supplier got around to giving a direct quote! Also, TEQ Group’s quote was identical to the supplier’s direct offer. Absent were the pushy tactics of other brokers to lead you into longer contracts and extended commission. I highly recommend TEQ Group if you are looking for a fast, efficient and attentive service.
