Exceptional service from Terra Energy Solutions. Installation of solar panels, inverter and battery was faultless from our initial meeting with Dan and Liam to commissioning and sign off.
Our system needed to compliment our air source heat pump. Dan and Liam fully understood the brief and after only a week it’s clear that the design was spot on and we are already seeing cost reductions in heating our home.
Customer service can only be described as exceptional. The installation plan supplied in advance of work starting meant we knew exactly what was happening when. We were kept fully informed throughout and received the system handover pack on the final day of installation.
Delighted to have chosen Terra Energy Solutions for our installation, supporting a local company which deserves to thrive.

Fantastic service from the moment we contacted them. Matt came to install the charger, he arrived a little earlier, he was polite, very professional and helpful and cleaned up after himself. He explained how to set it up once the pin code arrived and explained everything he had done.
I highly recommend them and would definitely use the Company again.

I have no hesitation whatsoever is recommending Dan and his team. They were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and efficient - a dream to deal with. Solar panels up and running and some days they provide all our electricity needs. Why didn’t we do this sooner?!

An absolutely fabulous company!
Easy communication from the outset, Terra Energy Solutions were very helpful from my query about an installation, through to survey and appointment/final installation.

The crew were knowledgeable, helpful and explaining what was needed. The quote was really good value and the installation was first rate.

The team who did the installation were polite and careful throughout. They made no mess and put everything back as it was. Totally amazing and some of the best service I have experienced.

Totally recommend Terra Energy Solutions and there my go to company for any of my future needs.

Dan came to do some electrical work on some Potters Wheels owned by Grantham Arts CIC due to them failing PA Testing. Despite having to do a couple of other bits that he'd not quoted for (not major things to be fair - just changing the plug arrangement on one of the wheels) he didn't charge us extra. He was prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

I recently had an EV charger installed by TES. They were extremely polite and customer focussed from Aleksandra in customer support through to the installation team. A professional business with high standards, would definitely recommend if you are thinking of installing a charger, solar panels etc.

Dan, Liam and team sorted our GivEnergy installation after a national supplier let us down and went into administration. Very helpful and responsive at a sensible price. If you're looking for solar, batteries and MyEnergi gear, give Terra a call. Recommended.

Dan was very helpful in our initial phone enquiry, he then made a prompt site visit. The quote arrived within 48 hours and once accepted the work was scheduled and completed to a very high standard, totally satisfied with service provided
