Ordered ton of logs always had decent logs used 4-5 times this time all fir and many so thin it was not worth burning except for kindling .£140 paid never again

Had an absolutely bad experience with this company. I ordered heating oil from them and was assured it was by a certain date. Many days after I called numerous times and was told numerous excuses why it wasn't delivered. Even getting lied to by the same girl on the phone who told me it would have been delivered by a certain date! To make matters worse, when it took so long I asked for a refund because I didn't get my heating oil. I was refused a refund and had to struggle with my credit card company to get the money back. Absolutely disgraceful business practices!
