If you are looking for a building company who are professional, skilled and have incredible attention to detail then I can absolutely assure you cannot get better than THD. Terry and his team have built us our dream house and we cannot thank them enough.
Since the initial build we have had the team back to do additional work and we couldn’t be happier. Terry has a calming demeanor which is so helpful if you are concerned about any of the work ahead. He always put our mind at ease and prevented so much stress. Nothing was too much trouble for THD. Thank you again Terry and your wonderful team.

I can honestly say that Terry is one of the nicest guys you can come across, although we’ve not used his services he’s always been there to offer guidance and help us every step of the way in our own project and I am convinced his guidance will save us money in the long run. I would always recommend Terry, his knowledge and expertise comes across from minute 1 of speaking with him and the standard of work sets him out from other builders in my eyes. Nothing is too much trouble for Terry and his team. Their experience, attention to detail, industry relationships and willingness to help deliver your dream home put them in a league of their own. They understand that the success of the build heavily relies on being an integrated 3 man team made up of the customer, the architect and the builder - A detail that is so often overlooked. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any build irrespective of the complexity.

We recently engaged Terry to discuss a challenging project, the renovation of a Grade II listed Georgian property in our village. With little time Terry was able to meet with us and a fabulous architect he had worked with previously and the pair of them together were able to quickly offer ideas and information that allowed us to make an informed decision. Not only that, but the range and quality of Terrys ideas and input immediately showed the breadth and depth of his experience as well as the ability to build an excitement and anticipation about the prospect of working together.
