Came in today, quite late to be honest and I needed help on find it a size on a pair of shoes. Asma went out of her way to help me find it and also helped me to scan my items quick and also pack them! Exceptional service and also very polite, I’m really really happy with my visit today and I’d love to say thank you to Asma for her patience and her kindness! Will definitely come back!

This store is pretty good shelves are stocked up compare to Asda... Prices wise good better than Asda. I always buy Yeo Valley Milk the only issue is that all the bottles are are so badly damaged as if though if they have been dumped. I don't see any other brand of milk damaged. Tesco needs to take this up with the suppliers. Normal 7UP is never stocked Why....? Where is EJ Brandy... Popped in today (09/03/25) busy only 3 tills open self check outs also very busy. Still need to do more on prices and tills need to be open when busy.

Staff are extremely rude and don’t want to help at all. Came here and was ‘eye rolled’ multiple times, had my receipt thrown at me and my shopping shoved at me once it’d been scanned. Don’t like using the self checkouts because you can never pay with cash and the machines are rubbish, however going to a member of staff proves to be worse! Not sure what happened to good service and helpful staff but it sure isn’t displayed in this store.

A convenient be Tesco branch available at times where most shops are closed. Generally well stocked but be wary of purchasing if you live at the nightingale quarter as I have personally bought a specific item from them regularly and have now found that the price has gone up (which is sneaky).

You’d be a fool to shop without a Tesco club card as prices can be quite premium in comparison to other shops. However the location is convenient.

Bring your own bags and there is ample parking generally throughout the day. First hour is free but you are reminded by the signs to pay via the app for longer stays. If you wish to park long, I’d advise to use the shopping centre car park as I personally see it as more secure.

Disgusting response on self service checkouts from a staff member who obviously didn't want to assist an elderly gentleman who was struggling.with his transaction. Consistent poor service from self service staff who should perhaps not judge people by their appearances quite so much as they appear happy to readily do! Otherwise most staff helpful and store welll-stocked.

Not the first time but a number of times.
Next time if I visit the store will have to be very vigilant that I don't be served by a Hindu teller.. never greets us(i greeted her instead) and never reminds us of tesco club card . Utterly rude!!

A Tesco worker calked Glynis was a fantastic help she went out of her way to try and find what I wanted feel she should be praised for her hard work she went all over looking for what I needed
