They have a huge selection of tools, equipment, clothing, animal food and bedding, and hardware. They don't stock any sort of hip or chest waders but referred me to their Bridgnorth store and offered to have what I needed transferred to the local store overnight. I nearly missed the large tool and equipment section, as it's located through a small doorway next to a counter with a "Construction" sign overhead. I initially took this area to be a counter for trades orders, but in fact, all the really good stuff is back there!

Very disappointing - have really let me down at the last minute over a delivery. Delivered only load out of two, and it took me calling them to be to be told the other isn't coming and they can't fit it in tomorrow either. Too late to even ring around other suppliers now, and has completely thrown into disarray my project. Couldn't recommend unfortunately, and probably won't rely on them again

Do not buy from this shop absolute joke !! Spent £220 on a hedge cutter 3 days ago brand new used it once keeps cutting out !! Brought it for my dad for his birthday !! Had to travel 40 minutes to take it back and the manger Rachel puts the blame on us saying it’s our fault and doesn’t want anything to do with it and doesn’t help !! It’s only 3 days old and used once and keeps cutting out !!! No one wanted to help customer service is so bad !! They have sent us another 50 minutes out or way to go to a repair shop to get it fixed never buying from that shop again avoid at all costs customer services is terrible!!

Have used Tfm a lot over the last 2-3 years most of their stuff is excellent but have to say stay clear of their supposed premium quality kiln dried boot bags bought these as a forerunner to a purchase a crate of ash but thought I would try a bag of their kiln dried timber .so bought a boot bag of premium quality beech first just to try.
But was extremely disappointed on opening the boot bag as it was full of 90%of what I consider small sticks and wouldn’t class them as logs so make your own mind up from the photos.the contents of the the bag are on top except approx four logs which I would class as small logs
And won’t be wasting my money on these again . Disappointing from a place where I never had any problems from
