I accidentally told him the wrong specs for my bike when I called about getting new tires on my '79 CX500 (apparently a CX500C...sorry!). When I showed up and he didn't have the right tire size for my wheel, he took care of it and I came back when the correct tire got delivered to get it replaced.

Altogether a very smooth and painless experience; this guy's good. I'll definitely be coming back for future services and recommend anyone else looking for an experienced and professional mechanic to take care of their bike to come to TFOG Wheelsports.

Quick, easy, and extremely friendly! Didn't catch his name, but the older gentleman at the front desk here was great! Was able to drop off my wheel today for a new tire and got it back within a couple hours! Best part too is they were considerably cheaper then the other moto shops in the area! Will Def recommend my buddies to come here! Thank you guys!

Besides the rude customer service. I took my bike here to have the back tire replaced. When I got the bike back the ABS sensor had been broken. I pointed it out to the owner and he told me “that can happen” and did nothing to rectify his mistake. Pretty expensive tire replacement it turned out to be.

The service was good, they performed exactly what I needed done in a short period of time. However, when I first booked my appointment, I was called one hour ahead of my scheduled time and told that there was no space in the shop and I would have to reschedule a week out. Secondly, my service was quite expensive; again, it was very good, however I know that other shops will do it for significantly cheaper.

I was riding my Yamaha WR250R when it began to make an unusual “screamy” noise. I carefully rode it home and began to call around for a mechanic who could take a look at it. TFOG was one of the closer businesses and had very good Google ratings so I chose them and made an appointment. The evening before my appointment, I loaded up the bike and took it to TFOG. Once I got there, I unloaded the bike and started it up so they could listen to the issue for themselves. Jim, the owner, says to me, “I think it’s the skid plate rattling.” He put it up on the stand right then and there and quickly removed the skid plate. With it removed, we restarted the engine and the noise was gone. He cut up an old motorcycle inner tube into a couple of strips and positioned them on the skid plate and reinstalled it. Noise was gone. Issue fixed in 10 minutes and the total charge was 27 bucks.
I am extremely grateful to these guys for their honesty, integrity, knowledge, and piece of mind they gave me. They will be getting all of my future motorcycle related business

10/7 24. This guy has had My motorcycle for seven months. I think he is completely incompetent because he can’t fix the problem and get the bike back to me. I have lost complete respect for this shop. No contact no updates nothing. Completely disappointed. I do not recommend the shop ever again.
