Phenomenal service, we had issues with our solar system and more specifically the hybrid inverter, i mentioned over the phone the issues we were experiencing, the recpetionist stated it sounded like an inverter issue, which immediately put my mind at ease that the team knew what they were about. The engineer came out, sorted the problem, gave me tips to resolve the issue should it materialise again.
As the rules have changed since we had our system installed, I want to have additional panels and batteries added, to cope with our requirements, I won't be going anywhere else to have them installed and our system maintained.

UPDATE: I have been chasing an aerial upgrade for months (since April). Lots of replies saying that they will get back to me, but no response so I'll have to find another company now!

I found TH Electrical via the Rolec EV charger installation page and I'm very glad that I did. It took a little longer than planned to arrange the installation, but this was due to me ordering a bespoke colour from the Rolec range. On the day the two young electricians were bang on time and really friendly.
They carried out the works with minimal fuss and tidied up after themselves to. They were impressed with the colour that I had chosen for the EV charger and it was only £18 more than the standard one - all arranged by TH Electrical.
TH Electrical didn't invoice me until they had received the grant to subsidise the cost and even then allowed time for payment - that said I paid it on receipt, as they had been so helpful.

Great service from Mark and his team when installing my EO charging point. Really impressed by Jordan and Scott who attended and went that extra mile to stay late and make sure everything went well. I cant fault their dedication to get the job done, friendly positive attitude and brilliant skill for a tidy and neat install. Amazing service and cant recommend them enough!
