I damaged my Flymo hover mower by going over a hidden tree stump. The guy at T&H Power Products on Burscough Industrial estate looked at it before he said he would charge for a repair, as it may have not been repairable. He repaired it for me free of charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Amazing, 1st class service with a smile. Also, I noted the vast number of products they stock. I will definitely go to them for any garden equipment in future. They deserve the 5* rating.

Took my chainsaw in to be valued, about £800 new. Been 2 years now they "lost" it, and blame me for not getting any paper work from there employees.

Owner/manager has terrible attitude and refuses to cooperate.

Bought a chipper recently and then couldn't get it started when I went to use it. Rang up to explain and even though the shop was closing in an hour they said bring it down as we'll sort it out for you. Long story short, it was an operator error! ? but the service I received was fantastic, so much so that even though the shop isn't the closest I'll be going back for all my future purchases. Very happy customer and thanks again.
