There is an older woman on the despatch who does everything to delay loading and unloading, she does not help, she lies, throws keys and insults and always has some strange ideas. I reported it several times by email but she still behaves badly, watch out for her, she is very unpleasant. All drivers usually lose between 1-4 hours because of her

Some days are better than others…. You can get here to do your delivery, and be in and out within the hour…. But get here on a bad day… and words are not enough.

Massive place, never been there before. Lots of space to park if you are doing a collection in the early hours like I did. Drop your trailer, they load it, have your 9/11 HR rest grab and go. Only thing was the sat nav tried taking me down some stupid way. Don't take the first left at major roundabout you come to off the A299 I think, go over to the next roundabout and its first left signposted.

Loved the Arlintia tomatoes from M&S.The fruits received great reviews, sad working conditions didn’t.
perhaps if you could negotiate a better price from retailers ( who are notorious at cutting what they pay the provider!) you could improve your employment rules! and get more support from us, the end purchaser.

A well laid out site makes life easy. From the chap on the security to the lass in the office everyone I encountered was friendly. Drivers facilities were better than average,the toilet was clean and the palletised load tipped quickly.

The best tomatoes I've eaten since I'm in UK: sweet, juicy, flavoured. Nothing like the import ones. I will definitely take a trip to visit them after lockdown.
