I started the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan in October 2020. I found Katie on the internet and emailed her she was so kind explained everything to me about the diet and there was no pressure. I then met Katie via video link and went through all my details. Katie then went through all of the products... shakes, bars, shake n gos, 200cal meals that was already made, smoothies, etc.
Katie is so professional and im glad i joined shes supported me all the way through my journey. Shes always at the end of the phone if i need anything. To date ive lost 4 stone with Katies support. Katie will keep an eye on our progress from a video link or even sending a picture in of the scales, katie will also weigh u at her home (when there is no covid restrictions)
Katie will deliver products to your door or even post them too you.
Katie does some brilliant challenges and refer friend deals.

I will recommend her 100% shes a brilliant person and will support you through your journey.

Katie is a brilliant consultant and brilliant person aswell. She has been so supportive on my journey and is always on hand to give me advice or a telling off if I've gone off plan, I've now nearly lost 3 stone which I didnt think would be possible and I feel much better for it

I would reccomend Katie 100% as shes very easy to get on with, is easy to contact and will be there for you whenever you need her

Okay.
I needed to lose weight and after discussing the plan with my Guru, Katie, I thought I would give it a try.
I have been on it for 2 weeks now and have lost 10 lbs. I'm thrilled to bits. The meal replacements are really nice. I love the shakes and the smoothies. Whatever flavour, they are so gorgeous. The main meals are really good as well. Macaroni Cheese is fabulous, just as great as the Cottage Pie. The Chicken Tikka is very tasty as is the Spaghetti Bolognese. The soups are really thick and filling, there is such a great range. The supplement drinks - Vegetable Soup flavouring and Orange flavouring are life savers. When my mind has been wandering slightly away from the plan, I will make up a large mug of Vegetable Soup, or/and a pint of Orange and that fills me up. The more water you can drink, the better, and I don't mind the liquid intake at all.
The most important thing for me is the 1:1 support and back-up that I get from Katie. She is always at hand to talk to, to listen to me and give expert advice. She has advised me on aspects of exercise and is a really lovely friendly person to get on with.
